Abbots Langley Carnival
Abbots Langley Carnival will take place on Saturday 9th June 2018.

09:00 – Stalls vehicles may enter grounds to start up. No entry before 9am
10:30 – Cars must leave the stalls area and park in the main car park
10:45 – Floats & Bands assemble at School Mead, Hazlewood Lane. Judging of floats by Councillor Brenda Kersey Chairman of the Parish Council, Richard Kennel, Chairman of the Community Centre, David Bishop of Bishop Skip Hire and Jagjit Gill the Lion President of Watford Lions
11:00 – Dog Show entries open at dog show arena
12:00 – Funfair opens, Stalls open, Judging of breeds begins
12:00 – Procession sets off along Hazlewood Lane, Gallows Hill Lane, Popes Road, Trowley Rise, Tibbs Hill Road, and reaches High St at 12:45/13:00
12:00-13:00 – Football Competition
12:30 – Judging begins for the novelty classes
13:15 – Aviv
13:35 – Eternal Taal
13:55 – Celtic Hearts
14:20 – Watford Gymnastics
14:20 – Chesvale Dog Training Club – Obedience display
14:35 – Majorettes
14:55 – Tae Kwondo
15:10 – Cheerleaders
15:15 – Chesvale Dog Training Club – Agility Display
15:25 – Rock Choir
15:45 – Eternal Taal, with audience participation
16:15 – Arena programme ends.
Organised by the Lions Club of Watford, supported by Abbots Langley Parish Council and sponsored by M.K. Ginder & Sons, Proffitt & Holt and Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, it is one of the Parish’s most popular events of the year.
