Annual Parish Council
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of the electorate, not a meeting of the Council. It is an opportunity for the residents to meet with the Council and to hear about the achievements of the Council in the past year and its plans for the future. There is plenty of opportunity for residents to ask questions during the meeting and to talk more informally to Councillors and Officers after the meeting has closed
The Chairman of the Council and the Committee Chairman will present their Annual Reports at the meeting, copies of which will be available from the Council Offices, or from April 2008 the Agendas and Minutes page for the meeting.
Copies of the Annual Report for previous years are available from the Council Offices.
The law requires the Parish Council to hold a Parish Meeting at least once a year, between 1st March and 1st June. Most years Abbots Langley Parish Council holds their meeting in April.
The Annual Parish Meeting for 2008 will be held at The Manor House Sports & Social Club, Gallows Hill Lane, Abbots Langley, WD5 0DD on Wednesday 2 nd April at 7:30pm, click here for map.
