Agendas for meetings will be published on the website three working days before the meeting. Minutes of the meetings will be published when they have been adopted by the Parish Council, or approved by the relevant Committee.

Agendas and minutes for Parish Council and committee meetings held after April 2008 are available from the website. These can be searched using the search box on the website home page.
Copies of the minutes of meetings held between April 2003 and March 2008 can be obtained from the Parish Council offices, in printed or electronic (pdf) format.
The Parish Council holds meeting minute books going back to the early 1900s, these are important historical documents that can be inspected by prior arrangement with the Clerk. As the older minutes have been professionally bound, it is sometimes not practical to take copies of pages without damaging the binding. If research is required on these documents it must take place in the Parish Council offices and researchers will be required to take notes. Minutes from the early 1980s are in a loose leaf format, it may be possible to copy these on request.
